This is the worst online purchase I've ever made and you guys have the worst customer service, worst seller attitude. We received the wrong product and contacted the customer service on the first minutes we received. But till now the customer service never give a solution to us and gone missing. I've been asking for updates for days but there's still no reply at all. You have time to update your social media, you have time to come and ask for feedback but you don't have time to reply and give us a solution? So in this case are you running away from your responsibility?
